My flower pot!

Image
They have ruined the plant:)  Haha it was so bushy- now it is very flat. The pups have discovered the flowers and jumped and played there a lot - now it is as flat as a pan cake haha

Good morning

Finally the rain has stopped! We are outside now. Puppies have had fun time running around and playing - now rest time!

Too hot

Image
It is too hot to be outside right now. So we are playing inside. I've got to be on my feet a lot rather than just sitting as the pups love eating pieces of pee pads! - just like little kids- put everything in their mouth 😍😜😆

On a hot day

Image
Now that I've got the net and pups can play outside, I take them out for most of the day. There is plenty of water for them and shade. I also have a WET sheet on the concrete so pups can lie down there and cool down a bit.  Pls remember, pups cannot efficiently regulate their temperature- they can easily get sick like "heat stroke " - so a wet and cool towel will help them to stay cool.:)

Sandpit

Image
The pups have discovered the sandpit :) they rolled in sand and dug in it. They sniffed and maybe even had a taste of it  :)  While someone had a nap :)

Puppy food

Image
Hello families You can choose different types of food for your puppy. It can be all raw, home-cooked, canned or dry. My Rosie is on the dry kibbles and we never have had any trouble with it. It was recommended to me by a reputable breeder and I just stick with it. Right now Rosie is on home cooked meals (rice+veges+chicken) due to her circumstances- being a mum has taken a toll on her - she needs to gain some more weight. There is a lot of information re the raw food - just remember not to give your dog cooked bones- they splinter!!!  Puppies are on the puppy kibbles soaked in boiling water as they cannot chew hard food yet:)

Exploring

Image
Puppies can finally go and explore our backyard. They sniffed the grass, walked to the net, played with the bristles of the brush, jumped onto the floors, pooped on the door mat, well - they had a lot of fun :)

The new play area

Image
The pups are growing very fast and now can easily climb out of their outside "play-pen". The fence that I booked to be installed in December arrived just now (in Bunnings). And pups need more space to play. So I went and bought the net :) and fenced off all the grass area at the back:) Anything is possible. It took me a few hours and the fence was ready!

Fruit for the dogs

Please have a look at the lost of the fruit that dogs aren't allowed. Very important!
